I’ve had multiple different colour analysis results in the past from different companies, so I was aware that I might be tricky to assess—but Alethea was able to pinpoint several key aspects of my colouring that many analysts tend to overlook.

She correctly identified that I have a warm undertone, though my overall colour analysis results lean more neutral. One thing she got spot on was that brightness/vividness of colour matter more for me than temperature alone, which is something many other analysts tend to get stuck on. Very good experience doing colour analysis here at Code.d! Alethea was very friendly and patient throughout, giving good advice on colours for clothing, accessories, hair and makeup. Even went the extra mile for what I need! Honestly I left feeling a bit dubious- I feel my aesthetic/ style is pretty decent, so how can my own thoughts of colours that suit me be so off? I got to say to give it a chance. Alethea was incredibly helpful, even post consultation! She encouraged me to consider these colours as more items that will suit me and to be honest- she was right. Once I gave the suitable make up/ clothes colours a go, I was amazed to see my eyes look instantly brighter and my complexion clear up! I would have never thought pink blush would suit me (a generally not pink person) but there you go 🤭

Having a basic introduction to "Color theory" elsewhere previously, my partner and I booked a color theory appointment with Alethea to learn which season(s) suited us best.

Much to our surprise, there were many different factors, which when added together, could impact the overall season(s) we should be dressed in.

Alethea was approachable and friendly, and was very informative during the color draping session - helping us to discover which colors to be dressed in to look at our best with minimal effort.

At the end of the session, a personal report was also curated for us which could also be accessed digitally anytime, giving us insight on which colors to seek out for when shopping, as well as cosmetic tones for make-up accessories (esp for ladies).

I booked a house call colour analysis for our family of 4 in early Sep as it would be very difficult to bring an elderly and a young child out.

I would love to share on how seamless the whole process was.

1. My queries were answered promptly and payment was seamless
2. I was guided on what to look for in terms of whether the house has natural lighting and type of table mirror to get.

— I did the Comprehensive Personal Color Consultation for One + Makeup Application in your personalized color palette + Class with personalized tips and techniques which lasted 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The personal color consultation was able to show me what colors (clothes, hair color, jewelry, eyeshadow palette, blush color and lipstick color) looked the best on me. I liked how hands on it was where she would ask me what I thought and then explain to me why I was either right or “wrong” so that I could understand what she was seeing. Although the results weren’t what I was expecting but because of how I was able to be involved in the process I was able to see like why certain colors didn’t look good or did look good. Also for the makeup part I liked that she was able to recommend me certain eyeshadow pallets and lip products that suited me so that I knew what to buy at the store. Additionally she looked through the makeup that I brought then helped to shade match me to a foundation shade that matched my face and one that matched my neck. She also helped me to find a concealer shade that suited me and with my other products she helped check if they were really suited for me!l.

For the makeup class for tips and technique I found it super helpful. She taught me a lot of different technique on how to make my everyday makeup better and also shows me tips and technique for special occasion makeup. When she was teaching me I was able to learn things I didn’t know how to do before like my eyebrows, eyeshadow and how to better my contour technique. Also I really liked how when she was teaching me it was very hands on. She would show me how to do it on one side of my face and then I would be able to try it myself on the other side of my face and get feedback on how I was doing. I also liked how she provided the makeup since I didn’t have eyeshadow, eyebrow pencil and contour.

Overall I would 100% recommend doing this because it really helps to not only save time when shopping but also make you confident in what you’re wearing!!”

I went for 2 sessions: the Style Analysis (Sculpt) with Alethea the and the Colour Analysis + Makeup with Megan. Both sessions exceeded my expectations and I discovered a lot about my body and skin!

For the Sculpt session, Alethea's energy was very homely which instantly made me feel less nervous about the session. She was very easy to talk to and would help me answer any questions or misconceptions I had! We went through a lot of different features, such as face shape, body type, suitable eyewear shapes, suitable cuttings/types of tops and bottom, etc. Recieving the digital report, I liked how it was very thorough and even had mini personalised tips written from the session.

For the Colour Analysis + Makeup session, Megan was very welcoming and easy to relate to! She was also eager to answer any questions I had and correct any misconceptions!
