(Colour Analysis) We recommend arriving with a light layer of base makeup if that’s part of your usual routine. If you don’t typically wear makeup, please come with a clean, makeup-free face. Please avoid wearing a full face of makeup, as it can affect the accuracy of your color analysis.

For services that include makeup application (like a makeup session or demonstration), we recommend arriving with a bare face.

For body and style analysis, we suggest wearing form-fitting, low-collar tops for women, and fitted tops for men, to ensure accurate assessments.

If your service includes a makeup pouch analysis, please bring your most frequently used products—foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, lip products, or blush.

If you’d like to touch up your makeup after your session, please remember to bring those products along as well.

Lastly, don’t forget to refer to your confirmation and reminder emails.

While your natural coloring remains fairly stable, lifestyle changes—like tanning, hair color changes, or shifts in skin tone due to health or aging—may prompt a need for reevaluation. Typically, your color results last a few years (unless there’s a major hair color change) before a new analysis is necessary.

Similarly, lifestyle shifts can also impact your body and face shape over time.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. We don’t typically cancel appointments unless you’re more than 20 minutes late. However, please note that we’ll still need to end your session on time to stay on schedule and ensure a smooth experience for our next guests. We do not charge a fee for late arrivals, but we encourage you to arrive on time to make the most of your appointment.

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if you reschedule the same booking more than once, a fee of $10 will be automatically charged to your card.

Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.

We primarily accept PayNow and cash (please note that change may not always be available). Credit card payments are also available, with a 3.4% transaction fee applied.

We offer flexibility with our packages upon request, such as running services concurrently for two people at a time. However, these options are not typically part of our standard offerings, as they require additional time and resources to maintain the high quality of service we uphold. That said, we’re committed to accommodating your needs as much as possible—please reach out to us directly to discuss your specific requirements.

As long as you have a table, chair, a generously sized mirror, and adequate 'white' lighting, we can arrange a home visit (+ $120) for our service. This convenience is tailored for mothers juggling childcare responsibilities or busy professionals struggling to find time. However, this service is exclusively offered to female clients only. We might need to verify your residential details before confirming the appointment and reserve the right to decline home visits at our discretion.

We operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure that each client receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve. While we don’t typically accept walk-ins, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you if there happens to be an available slot on the day itself.
